Go All In - one of my favorite pillars for success in life but is so true to any successful rehab client. One of the most commonly asked questions from my clients’ is - ”How do I fit my rehab program into my day as I'm already stretched for time?” - The answer is pretty simple. I'm going to share with you some tactics to fit an effective rehab program in with little to no effort - 1️⃣ - Get up 5 mins earlier. Dedicate the first few minutes of your day as soon as you get up to move. In particular focus on the exercises that warm up your joints and muscles. When you go to sleep, by products from inflammation accumulate in injured areas and restrict your motion. So warming up immediately after waking up not only helps this problem but also changes your brain chemistry to better focus and attention! 2️⃣ Go into Stealth Mode at work. Don't wait till the end of the day to squeeze in all of your exercises because it won't get done. Instead pick 1-2 exercises you can do at your desk and do them through your workday. Being Stealth by sneaking in reps at work leaves plenty of time for play when you get home. 3️⃣ Take the 5 Min Siri Challenge - For exercises that require higher mental focus such as stability and activation exercises - I suggest you tell Siri to set the timer for 5 mins. Then get as much quality movements in from your rehab program within 5 mins and then stop. Whatever exercises you’ve missed add it them into the next day’s 5 min challenge . 🎯 If you did the math I've only taken 10 mins out of your day outside of work. That's 10 mins/24 hours of your day, a microscopic amount of time! You can also see I've set the bar really low - which will ultimately secures success for you and builds momentum. So follow these tips and watch your rehab program give you 10x results! With respect @physiokarim

I'd like to introduce you to "Fern". 🌱 This little beauty is named after my maternal Grannie who always had green things growing, in her house, in her garden, and on her deck in teapots. 🍃 Whenever I think of my Grannie I usually think of three things 1. Tea parties 2. Plants 3. Ice cream 🌿 As I've gotten older I found that age really amplifies how much of an impact someone can have on your life. Because of this I feel it can make the hurt of missing them that much deeper. ☘ And I definitely do not get her green thumb but she did pass along her love of ice cream. 🍦 Miss you Grannie this one's for you.

My 12 Week Transformation . Posting this is difficult for me but I have finally built up the courage to share it. My goal is truly to inspire and help others and I realize that can’t be done without stepping outside of my comfort zone. . The first photo was taken on April 23rd a week before the start of a 12 week challenge with my coach @taychayy
! The second photo was taken on July 9th. . For years I struggled with my weight and to get into a solid routine. I would fluctuate up and down on and off. The truth is I didn’t want it bad enough and never made myself a priority. . A few 月前發佈 I made some big changes in my life and finally made a choice. I committed to myself - to put myself first and put my goals into action. I pushed myself further mentally then I ever have and learned a whole new meaning to the word discipline. . Honestly, I don’t even recognize the girl on the left. I was discouraged and full of excuses. I am thrilled with the visible progress however, the biggest change is the one that you can’t see - my mindset. . I am so grateful for @taychayy
