Day 11: Powerful! I added riser today and could definitely feel it. Have a great one, gang!
📐 we out here grinding. I don't really need to remind my loyal fans, but you newcomers need to know. The grind starts here, but it don't end. 👍
2018 was about taking back control over my physical health. 2019 is about transformation and building back my strength. I’m also learning that that putting in the work doesn’t have to mean a fancy gym membership, expensive classes, and 10,000 supplements. It’s about making smart choices every single day, living room workouts before a busy day of work, and just making a point to prioritize health and wellness day in and day out. I’m not the leanest or strongest person in the world, but I feel so much healthier than I did six 月前發佈 and have so much more life and energy to do the things I truly care about. Here’s to continuing to maintain habits that are sustainable and prioritizing simplicity and wellness. 💪🏻
Alright, I gave in after watching my friend try these Sugar Suppress pills and bought it on @Amazon
! I have a major sweet tooth and I know it plays a big part in my weight loss/weight gain. I’ve already given up soda (soda free for 3 weeks now, woohoo!) ⠀⠀ They’re about $25 (almost half the cost compared to other ones I’ve been seeing floating all over the Internet). ⠀⠀ I gotta say, though, that these REALLY work! They only last about an hour, but my sugar cravings are gone after consuming a tablet. ⠀⠀ You basically suck on the tablet for 60 seconds. At first it tastes minty, but then it starts tasting bitter and herbally. I did the sugar test and tried to eat a piece of candy right after, and it was awful - tasted thick and no sweetness to it at all. ⠀⠀ It’s supposed to turn off your sweet receptors on your tongue and it works like a charm! I’m sharing this on my IG stories with a swipe-up link so you can try it for yourself. Proceed with caution! 🙃 #TheItMom
🙌🏽 Heres another loser body circuit to have fun with before weight training. As always, put your mind in your muscles and FEEL the reps where your exercise target is 😎😎...go for as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes, then hit the weights 👍🏽💪🏽 • • • • • •
...there is success on the other side of the struggle!! So here I go continuously struggling through this thing called life👌🏽
Can we talk about something that’s often forgotten?⠀ ⠀ My poor back muscles are often put on the “back burner” (see what I did there?) so I’m able to put more focus on legs and booty training. Please tell me I’m not alone here!⠀ ⠀ But once again, I have some goals this year and those goals include not neglecting my upper body to just work on the lower body. ⠀ ⠀ This is for sure going to be a challenge for me because I like doing things that I’m good at. That sounds pretty bad..but it’s true. ⠀ ⠀ I love leg day because I can lift heavy and with good form and am able to get a really good pump out of that workout. ⠀ ⠀ Anytime I train back, shoulders, chest, etc. I get really negative and down on myself because it’s harder for me to get the reps I want or lift the weight I want. ⠀ ⠀ But that’s where I was mentally THEN. ⠀ ⠀ Now I’m going in with a more positive mindset that’s ready to make some big changes. I most definitely will have to humble myself a little and go lighter until I build up strength. I absolutely will have to take breaks to make sure I’m using correct form. But this is going to work. ⠀ ⠀ If there’s one thing I learned in fitness it’s that real changes take time. Nothing is going to happen overnight and you have to be willing to put in the work. ⠀ ⠀ This is the year that work gets done!
