#RecipeOfTheWeek : Pumpkin Latte Strudels Yields: Serves 2.  Serving size: 3 strudels (Unrestricted) Ingredients: 1Ideal Protein Vanilla Pudding Mix 1Ideal Protein Pumpkin Spice Latte Drink Mix 1 tsp.baking powder 1 tsp.pumpkin spice 1/3 cup liquid egg whites 2 tsp.olive oil 4 tbsp.water 1 tbsp.Walden’s Caramel Syrup ½ cup zucchini, shredded (microwave for 1 minute, then squeeze between paper towels) - Cooking Oil Spray Directions 1.Preheat oven to 350 F 2.Mix dry ingredients together 3.Add liquid ingredients, except zucchini.  Mix well 4.Fold the zucchini into the mix 5.Spray 6 medium muffin cups and divide batter between them 6.Bake 12 minutes until toothpick comes out clean

*BRO-SPLIT VS SCIENCE* by ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Alright, I figured while I have you guys hot here on split content what a better day to share this awesome posts that I agree with my Oakley O'Day! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So let me open up with a disclaimer that the bro-split is not necessarily bad. I still remember my old log books from tracked bro splits that I have til this day. For the most part I fell into the same trap that most everyday fitness enthusiast find in magazines by people that were on super creatine (aka enhancers etc) and were growing mad with crazy results from this type of style of workout. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ BUT as naturals, time and time again studies have shown that in order to benefit efficiently for muscle growth that hitting the muscle groups multiple times a week is the most efficient way of putting on muscle. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What you have here is a 6 day split where each muscle group is getting hit multiple times a week. Got home from my bar job tonight and wanted something sweet! So made one of these which I have saw loads of people on my Instagram making! They are so cool, tasted amazing and was worth 6.5 Syns. 4.5 syns for mini jammie dodgers, 1.5 for 12g of 30% less fast squirty cream and half a syn for the 10 Cal jelly! So so so tasty! Do you ever have those days where the motivation is not there and just blah?⁣ ⁣ But then some days you are on 🔥, extra motivation and feeling like Ba Boom? That was me today. Everything felt lighttt during my workout and just feeling good overall throughout today! ⁣ May have been the double scooper of ⚡️Rocket fuel I loaded up with yesterday? Normally never do that but digestion was on point first thing this morning lol! 💩Anyways..⁣ ⁣ Some tips to help you stay on track this weekend ⬇️⁣ ⁣ 🔴 Try to get some physical activity in any way you can. Go for a quick walk before you go out. A quick 30 minute interval circuit. Outdoor yoga. Anything! Just get moving and start your day on the right foot! 🏋🏻‍♀️⁣ ⁣ 🔴 Drink more water!!! This will help keep you full, eat less as well as help keep you hydrated especially if you are out drinking! 🍻⁣ ⁣ 🔴 Plan an activity! Spend some time playing a game with friends. Go walk in the park. An outdoor movie? Just some options to keep you not 100% focused on binge eating the whole night. ⁣ ⁣ 🔴 If you know you’re going for a big dinner and drinks, try to save most of your calories for nighttime and eat less during the day. It will help balance everything out and enjoy!! I like doing a big smoothie in the mornings to keep me full and get my micronutrients in!⁣ ⁣ Hope these tips help! Eat em’ for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack or whenever your little heart desires ! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Oats are a great source of slow burning complex carbohydrates and are so so satiating; it’s almost impossible to over eat on them and yet when you add a few key ingredients; they are yummy as hell! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Adding protein powder to your oats makes them extra fantastic because protein aids in FAT LOSS, in that it keeps you feeling fuller for longer. It also has a higher TEF (thermic effect of food). Put simply, your body will burn more energy to absorb and digest protein than it would carbohydrates and fats. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Guys if you struggle to hit your protein throughout the day, a good tip is to get in a protein packed breakfast. Adding protein powder to oats is one of my favourite ways to get in a protein packed breaky 👌🏼. @happywayau have some really yummy flavours and they are safe for breastfeeding and pregnant mamas ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥣 40g Quick oats 🥣 40g Protein powder, I used the @happywayau vanilla ice ice baby 🥣 100 grams sliced strawberries 🥣 20g White chocolate buds 🥣100g sliced banana ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ▪️Cover oats with water in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2.5 minutes or until cooked. ▪️Add protein powder to small amount of water and shake thoroughly, once dissolved in water mix through oats ▪️Top with strawberries banana and white chocolate and enjoy 😉. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Have you got a good protein packed breakfast recipe?
