The polls have spoken 🤣 and the winner was the roasted vegetable rice ✨ Maple Dijon Marinated Pork Chop with a Roasted Vegetables! The veggies used were cabbage , sweet potato 🍠, celery, pepper! So so so easy and delicious ! Added kale to the rice while it cooked and topped the full meal off with some #sunflowerkitchen

My very yummy frittata for tonight’s dinner! I was fully prepared to eat half but seeing realised that was a bit much (I also had some sweet potato fries and salad!) had trouble deciphering the maths in understanding how much I had (😂😂 long story) but safe to say it was delicious!
