What do you want, are you taking the right steps to get there, and are those steps sustainable - does that process make you happy and fulfill you • More energy could mean getting the right amount of sleep, eating the right things, and consistency within that - do you enjoy that • Weight loss could mean getting enough sleep, eating the right things, building consistency around that - and do you enjoy it • Competing at the top of your sport can mean hours of dedication to training, recovery/maintenance, getting enough sleep, eating the right things, and building consistency around that - do you enjoy that and are you happy • If you truly want something understand the realistic path to get there and make sure you find fulfillment in that path • Don’t over think or over do - often times multitasking is NOT the answer as you may never do many things well enough to get to where you want to go - instead pick the thing that contributes to your cause the most and do that really well!
