Adult Male Elliot’s chameleon (Triceros ellioti) - one of two found on our recent field trip to Uganda. This is only the second species of chameleon I’ve ever found! Need to do a trip to Madagascar sometime to change that I reckon...

Behold the hippopotamus! We laugh at how he looks to us, And yet in moments dank and grim, I wonder how we look to him. Peace, peace, thou hippopotamus! We really look all right to us, As you no doubt delight the eye Of other hippopotami. #ogdennash
Vincent Atinga excels in FK Tirana’s 1-1 stalemate against Kamza. Ghana centre-back Vincent Atinga had an excellent performance to earn his side a point in a difficult away clash with Kamza in the Albanian top-flight on Saturday. The former Hearts of Oak star who enjoyed full 90 minutes of action for FK Tirana was resolute in defence and proved very tough for his markers to go past him throughout the crunch fixture. His masterclass performance ensured his side left the Kamëz Stadium with a vital point. Yunus Sentamu scored on the 64th minute to give the visitors the lead before Masato Fukui drew his side level on the 99th minute. The 24-year-old bulky defender was making his sixth league game appearance for FK Tirana this season. Meanwhile, his compatriot Winful Cobbinah who was playing his tenth match of the season lasted full throttle but failed to hit the back of the net. FK Tarana are currently 7th on the Albania Super Liga table with 9 points after match day ten . ------------------------------------------------------- #ghana #ghanafootball #blackstarsofghana #blackstars #afcon #african #ghanaian #footy #worldcupqualifier #football #ayew #gyan #sierraleone #accra #highlighthub #teamghana #teamghanaians #433

😋😋 Sunday lunch at The Deli on Main Street in #Jinja
is grilled haloumi cheese, Mediterranean roasted vegetables and salad. My only criticism is I could eat it all over again now! Much as I’m loving life in the village, I do find the constant diet of posho and beans (or beans and posho!) rather unappetising. It’s therefore great to have a change in diet while I’m researching tourism in Jinja and Kampala ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... #travelblogger #passportready #PearlofAfrica #Uganda #foodie #foodiesofinstagram #sundayvibes #sourceofthenile
Ella me pidió la foto. Vas por España con una cámara por la calle haciendo retratos y la gente te mira como si fueras un espía o como si fueras a hacer algo malo. Aquí son ellos los que te piden fotos.
It took exactly 24 hours to get in Kampala to meet this folk and spending the weekend with them. Now I am back to airport. Our 9 hours together, with intensive practices and dance, meant one of the most beautiful experience I ever had. Incredible discipline, amazing atmosphere, unbelievable energy and unforgettable moments. Love you all from deep of my heart, and I know it’s just the beginning of our relationship. Soon we will see the results of this time invested and maybe we will get the chance to share some stages around the world! Wish you all the best!! Love you!! webale nyo! #zurcaroh #petersond_cruz #uganda #actuganda
Yes, I travel around the world to see Mark and our other Project Orphans kids smile nearly 5 times a year! Why? Because it is important for me to build relationship, show compassion and maintain living in a season of giving. Life is too short. Don’t ever believe you are incapable of making a difference. I remember stepping out and starting Project Orphans. Truly, I questioned the impact we could have. However, God never questions whether you are capable. He just needs you to be willing.
