this is glitch frank! hes a lore character i based off of how frank acted in his last videos after the 'war'. real frank was still lost in the omniverse, and since people kept getting onto fake franks case he stole a frank from a different omniverse which, as you can probably tell,caused some.. difficulties. his strange glitching seems to have come from his motif of internet fame and was inforced on him as soon as fake frank took him away from his original omniverse. the glitching also carries into the fact that he doesnt belong in fake franks omniverse which causes even more error. he can glitch at any time, however it seems to happen the most when hes emotional. his glitching can distort his voice and cause rgb macro pixels to flash around and on his body, sometimes completely removing chunks of his body for a fraction of a second before returning to normal. his glitch moments also have the ability to completely remove him from the spot he was in and into a spot not far from the original, aka teleporting but not a very strong type.
