They complain how they want to change one, or all of this, but they don't put the effort to make it happen. . . ❗This is a case of... Mis-managing priorities . 💯What you care about defines who you are. . If you want to see changes in your body, in how you feel, in how you look, in how you carry yourself... . 📋Then you need to priotize these things at the top of your list. And you need to put 100% effort to acheiving it. . . 😢You cannot continue to play victim or complain about where you are if you are not putting 100% in trying to change it. . And that means adjusting the things you are doing right now that may be preventing you from putting all of your focus on what you've been trying to change for so long. . ⁉️(And if you're telling yourself, "but there are other things more or just as important that needs to be first." Be aware, that this is part of your problem) . . 🤔Realize that the situation you are in has been a cause of your decisions. It doesn't have to be super skillful, but being able to perform proper pushups, pullups, and holding planks for long periods without much modifications is something you should aim for. . Snack time (so good 😋). My wife modeled this honey-lemon glazed chicken recipe from @rachaelray. . Great part is we didn't have to modify it much because the serving of honey was minimal. Servce with some more honey lemon glaze left over from the chicken that was cooked.🍗 . Great snack. Now, training time!🏋🏾‍♂️🙌 . Did you know, exercise and training are two diffrent things. . Exercise is physical activity done for it's own sake, without a purpose other than to move through the motions. Doing it, just to do it. (I.e- i'll just go for a walk, take a step class, go for a bike ride). Anything to just break a sweat or just be healthy. . There isn't anything wrong with the exercise approach, but if you want to get better at physical activities you enjoy or if you desire a significant or specific result to carry over into your life, you need more than just activity. .
