So I'm off today from teaching children's yoga at the school, but still working in my car right now, doing my online coaching business! I love to help others to feel happy, empowered, and accomplished with their lives! For me this is a life of self-service whether it be with yoga, fitness & nutrition or other options like starting your own business. Why is my coaching different to other coaches❓❓ . Because I want the best out of you from every session 😇😇 For example - Even if that just means keeping same weight or pace at an exercise, but you feel more confident or feel your moving more efficiently. to aim for 8 minutes (which she got the week before). I wanted her to maintain, as her running volume went up an extra 0.5 miles the day before. . A great way to keep clients motivated and to keep them progressing I find is setting themselves mini goals in the sessions/week to keep them progressing 💪🤗 . Amy absolutely smashed it as you can see from her time‼️‼️ . Yep. You're a snack. That's something to be happy about, right? Then why aren't you happier? Well, I think it's because we all tend to fall into this trap of "I'll be happy when I'm making more money, when I'm in better shape, when I become famous, etc." That mindset is holding us back. It's giving us excuses to not be happy TODAY. It's setting finish lines off in the future. BUT you have every right and the ability to be happy TODAY. I mean, you are a freakin' snack right now... so that's something to be happy about right now. Here's the key: appreciate the progress you're making and be thankful for it TODAY while setting goals for the future. Have the mentality that there is no real finish line, embrace the process. I've learned that happiness comes about as a result of HOW you live. Not WHAT you have to show for it. Now get your snack-self out there and be happy.

Talk about embracing the imperfections today. I am out of commission with my dominant arm. It’s been in excruciating pain since yesterday early morning. But that doesn’t mean I am unable to accomplish my goals. As @shaunt
would say “dig deeper and transform your life” it all starts with my mindset. I tell you what. Yesterday wasn’t a pretty me. I was miserably in tears and negatively saying mean things about myself because I couldn’t cook, clean, or even sit up straight for a long period of time. But today I woke up with a different mindset. Yes, I am in pain, but I got s%*t to do. I can’t let this one arm slow me down. So I’m doing the best I can and I will prevail this negative mind. #strongmindstrongbody #fitfamily
Apparently today is the day with the highest levels of depression. I think statistically in Canada, not sure about the rest of the world. That being said, remember to wake up with positive thoughts. Be grateful and try to focus on what you do have, not what you don’t have. This exact date 365 天前發佈 I seriously injured myself. It sent me into an extreme wave of depression that I battled the entire year. It kept me distance from friends and family and even worse, at times, had me lashing out at those closest to me. It was the most difficult time and the negativity surrounding my thoughts was extremely damaging to me in many ways. My spinal condition is something I’ll have to live with forever and there are times even now when this can depress me or start to send me into negative thinking but no matter what the situation, must always focus on the positive. Positive thinking alone is the only thing that helped me change that around and it is the only thing that will help me to continue this battle.
