We ran out last OCR of the season yesterday, which sucks, but the fact I was able to run it pain-free after not being able to walk 7 days prior made me very happy (and not a horrible placement either, 113/548)! Still not 100% so I didn’t go crazy today with training: 10 sets of leg lifts (100+) and six sets of back squats only going up to 315/5. #fitnessmotivation #strength #fit #fitness #ocr

On September 3rd, I got buried on the box by 365. Today, I cruised through 365 to hit 385. Hell. Yeah.
It’s been hard to build a heavier lift program with all my travel, so it was a nice treat to add 275lb sumos to one of the complex’s this morning.

Stick to a program and you definitely get results. Pair that with a good coach and something magical will happen. And that’s exactly what I’m gonna do. Get myself a good coach. I’m a trainer myself,but doesn’t mean I know everything. And as a trainer I know how important is a good program coupled with a coach that will correct and teaches you all you need to know. So what I’m trying to tell everyone is,you want to improve yourself,hire a coach/trainer. . . Enough of the ramblings,now back to the grind: Main work: squats 180kg 2reps 1sets followed by 140kg 5r6s. I extremely happy because my 1MR is now my warm up ❤️❤️❤️❤️ . . 1st video 170kg 2 reps 1 set(last warm up) . 2nd video 180kg 2reps 1 set(top set) . 3rd video 140kg 5reps 6 sets

Today was probably one of the most gratifying days of my life. Not because of the trophies or awards, but because of the incredible feeling you get from giving your all, 100%, towards something and knowing that you’ve done your best. Results WILL come if you can find that determination. So, don’t be afraid to take a shot at something even if it is a long shot. Just do your best!
