, who viewed John's method of loading the exercise as soft and lazy. Matt, in an attempt to keep the savage nature of the movement intact, loaded his chins the way any animal would: By squeezing a medicine ball between his legs and jamming 5 lb plates in his pockets. Innovative? Of course not. Savage? You bet your ass it is. Now, which method is superior? We don't know. But what we do know is that we at #RSP
embrace both the wild and the civilized. That is the nature of the beast, and it is why anyone can find a place at our gym... from baby-strap makers to plate-plants stuffers. Whoever said that you had to stay in your niche as a business was certainly a fool, I'll tell ya...
