Filling -1 1/4 cups dried figs -1/2 cup pumpkin purée -1/4 cup nut milk -1 tbsp maple syrup -1/2 tsp cinnamon -1/2 tsp pumpkin spice . Crust -2 cups almond flour -3 tbsp coconut flour -1 tbsp coconut sugar -1 tsp cinnamon -1 tsp pumpkin pie spice -salt -1 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp baking soda -3/4 cup pumpkin purée . Preheat oven to 350 degree F (180 C) Add filling ingredients to a food processor and blend into a paste. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine crust ingredients until you have a thick smooth dough. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and spread HALF of the crust mixture to the edges. Pour the filling on top and spread evenly. Add the remaining crust layer on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, let cool completely and serve.
