Awesome turnout for our Intro to Jiu Jitsu event today! We decided to put together some “must know” material for the brand new Jiu Jitsu members to help accelerate their learning and give them a better understanding of the basics before hopping back into classes. We hope everyone had a good time and can take that knowledge back into our regular classes. Huge thanks to @minded_feel @crazyhendo @sdsouthpaw
along with Gerardo and Marvin for helping with this event! #jiujitsu #brazilianjiujitsu

*Accountability* Lately I've been using the spin bike for my morning fasted cardio. I find it a great way to push myself. The spin bike can be the easiest workout or the hardest, Depending on the effort you put in. Its a great way to hold yourself accountable. The easy option is always there. But at the end of the workout i know if i put the real effort in or not. Holding myself accountable for my workouts is something im making more of an effort to do. To not choose the easy path but the one with most reward. What do you hold yourself accountable for?
