W2D3 Shoulder and arms type of rest day starting with "wish-it-were-my-deadlift-max" rackpulls and then played around with some questionably, strict muscle-up supersets shortly after. My right elbow always felt aggravated hence why I temporarily stopped doing it. ATK snatch rackpull 1x6x655lb
