Then I finished It off with an easy 20 minute bike ride! Day 9 food log! All 6 meals!!! 1. Muscle milk shake. Okay I figured out why I love these things so much, it tastes like blended up Christmas tin cookies 😛! YES! 😋 2. 5 egg whites and (not pictured) 1/4 cup plain oatmeal with cinnamon. 3. Romain lettuce, 4 oz of tilapia, and lemon juice 4. Meal four was the exact same as meal three I just forgot to snap a pic but it was the exact same thing 5. 4 oz of chicken, Romain, cilantro, onion and bell pepper with lemon😋, 6. More shake!!! I wasn’t mad at the meals today!
