Yesterday I was experimenting with drop sets, supper sets and tri sets to see how my body will react to it. I am monitoring my percentage muscle mass and body fat weekly and sometimes daily to see how my body react with different methods of training while changing it every week. I am also weighing my food on a scale and taking note of all the nutrients I am putting into my body. I am not so concern about rest right now, because December is coming and I might take a week or two from the weights, which will prepare my body and mind for 2019. Also I haven’t been posting consistently got some network and IT issues that I was working on which made it hard to focus on creating videos and uploading it. But my training was consistent. Did 13 sessions in counting till now which exclude some other activities which I do not consider as training and were impossible to track with the technology I have. Will try and be more consistent with the feeds, but I am sprinting towards 2019. This is basically the difference between hitting your goals and living the life you want ## Or staying stuck where you are. ## Making easy choices is great. There is very little resistance and life is easy. Hitting the snooze button. Get a takeaway rather than cooking. Watching Netflix rather than training. Never getting uncomfortable. All easy choices. But I unfortunately, over time, they lead to a hard life. ## Hard choices are not easy and require you to push back against the resistance. Getting up at 5am to train. Spending a few hours food prepping. Just having a black coffee. Passing on drinks after work. All hard choices. But over time they lead to an easier life. ## The difference between the easy choices and the hard choices are pretty tiny day to day. 1% either way really. Missing a workout is not going to kill you. Having a doughnut on the drive home from work is not going to make you put on 10kgs. ## But these easy choices or hard choices accumulate, build up over time, the 1% each day soon add up. And before you realise you are living either a hard life you struggle to enjoy or an easy life feeling fulfilled.

| Half Marathon-21KM | Penang Bridge International Marathon 2018 | • Finally, berakhir sudah siri HM utk tahun 2018; tahun pertama saya mula menyertai acara larian dan alhamdulillah kesemua HM (5) berjaya tamat sub-2 jam • Utk acara PBIM 2018, sepatutnya menjadi misi HM breaking sub 1:30, considering route larian yg almost flat course (takda rolling hills mcm kt KL 😂). Tapi apa kan daya, semuanya Kun Fayakun. Terkena shin splint injury masa tapering week (improper tapering salah satu punca), so tak boleh nak all-out • Strategi larian harini simple: • ❇️Sebelum lari: ▶️makan 4 biji pil pain killer ▶️tampal koyok pain relief ▶️tampal kinesology tape • ❇️Semasa berlari: ▶️Cuba lari pada target pace (4.17) utk at least 5km pertama utk tengok reaction kaki camne. Malangnya, KM-3 kaki dah bagi signal (berdenyut2 gak la) tak boleh sustain dgn target pace, so lupakan misi sub-90', dan teruskan larian macam biasa dan enjoy the run. KM-4 sampai KM-21 (overdistance 500m by GPS watch), langsung tak tengok jam sebab dah takda misi untuk dikejar • Semasa berlari banyak kali nampak kilat ⚡️sebelum turun hujan yg lebat⛈ • Rasa teruja dapat peluang berlari di atas jambatan P. Pinang walaupun terasa bahang angin bayu darat dari laut di bawah jambatan tu • Anyway, tahniah buat semua yg berjaya tamatkan FM dan HM di PBIM 2018. My VFM and VPacer for VFM marathoner at my hometown, single road with thousand stories . . Original plan is to run alone and finish the race, but in the end change plan to pace someone, main objective and mission , Finish the race withih COT. . . We start quite good, just maintaining pacee easy pace, try to make comfortable with million stories and joke as a diversion, all along the way, it was good, heavy rain plus bit thunder as expected near km29 if im not mistaken, we decided to go for a shelter almost 20 minutes until the weather seems good back, and for sure this FM not completed without pacee drama,lol,here come my responsibility to ensure pacee got motivated after KM34. . . Congratulation to both of us as well, we manage to do it, finish as what we want, PBIM is a good place to go for PB, forsure will come back insyaAllah . . Not everyone is born into an easy world. From the very start they might feel more heartbreak than the average person would feel in a lifetime. They have more internal pain than another might ever feel physically. It might take years to find themselves. But what’s really beautiful is when a hurt soul finds their magic. Everyone has ups and downs but at the end of the day we are all here to eventually die. We are also all here to do the same thing - find ourselves and flourish. Sometimes we are even lucky enough to find another person who understands us enough to share our beautiful lives with🍃As much sadness as I might have felt at times nothing compares to watching another human being in turmoil. To see another person stuck in suffering is the ultimate heartbreak. We are never ever too good to help someone out of the dark - so whether you are a friend, a stranger or even an enemy don’t be afraid to reach out if you’re stuck. Life can be cruel but no matter how you are feeling remember there is always someone out there that genuinely cares about YOU🌻
