boulder shoulders anyone? okay so i also threw in some triceps but nothing rhymes with that. i started off thinking i was going to focus on shoulders then decide to throw in some triceps! starting off we have some shoulder raises i did 4 sets of 15 next, shoulder presses. to really get the full effect of these engage your abs and be super careful not to arch your back 4 sets of 20 SKULL CRUSHERS i used to love these until i realized the reason i loved them so much was that i was doing them totally wrong and wasn’t feeling the burn AT ALL 4 sets of 20 tricep pushups with dumbells 5 sets of 20 (yes i know that’s 100, push through for the gainz babies) dead stop lat raises, completely let go and set the weight completely down so that way you have to disengage and re-engage your muscles. peep the pain on face 5 sets of 10 military presses, typically i would advise to go heavier on these because i feel like that’s when i notice my changes. just be aware of your limits. i did 2 sets of 8 with 20’s then finished out with 2 more sets of 16 with 15’s LASTLY (geez louise) tricep pulldowns (my favorite) 5 sets of 20 i did these yesterday and I AM SORE.
Life has been hard for me lately. - I keep being challenged in my life, a lot of doors are closing that I thought were suppose to stay open. I spend a lot of days in bed thinking about my purpose & what makes me happy, having a hard time staying happy because of all the life test I keep being put through. . - Even though life is hard I never forget to smile. I have an amazing team behind me that supports the decisions I make & I can never be more thankful. Having God by my side is everything I need. - Life gets hard but just remember it dose not stay that way 💙

It's more than a science,.its a pain in the ass trying to figure out what works and what doesn't. It's all trial and error. Everybody's body is different. We can't just take someone else's diet and workout routine and expect the same results. Again It's all trial and error.
