Gotta make’em pop! - Standing Cable Upper Chest Press is awesome for for filling out those v-necks you bought at the mall last week! 🤣🤣 - Adjust the cables to get a good feel depending on height. I like to make sure the cables are traveling along the top of my arms in the same path I’d press with dumbbells. Bring the hands close at the top and squeeze that inner chest! - I’ll always use a staggered stance with this (like when overhead pressing) for back comfort. Current condition 👉🏽 my training regime at the moment is an upper/ lower body split focused on building strength (5-8 rep range). Haven’t changed my diet much, but slowly adding in Cardio and (importantly) Yoga! 🙏🏽 - 💪🏽 still a long way to go till I’m hitting goals but I’ll keep you guys updated on progress (for anyone interested) peace ✌🏽

I hit my rep max with this weight of 6 reps and I got a total volume of 24 reps (vs. 28 with 102,5). I will either try to add reps next week or I will go up in weight to 107,5 kgs. This compound workout includes: Chest Biceps Triceps Core I’ve learned that stability movement keeps the muscles engaged through the whole process of the movement. I chose to do this workout lower to the ground because I want to avoid all disengagement of the muscles, example : (Hanging and preparing yourself for the next lift) ,knowing I’m low I don’t want to touch the ground so I make sure all compound (Group) of muscles stay engaged. I’m currently trying to build my core strength with the end goal of being able to do chin ups & pull ups, including both of these in a super set. I think it’s really important to have mini goals along the way which not only encourages progress but also gives you added motivation. Having an end goal is great but stepping stones along the way make your fitness journey/workouts far more rewarding. I’m really happy with the way my arms and legs look right now, the rest is all a work in progress. My last PT session this week is tomorrow, meaning I would have completed a whopping 6 full hours of training this week with 1 rest day #beastmode #norestforthewicked @benking_uk @gymsharkwomen @gymshark
