One month away until I’m a certified personal trainer. - Wow, feels so great to say that, I can’t imagine what it would feel like when it all comes true. It’s much more rewarding when you work hard towards the things you want. When I stopped playing soccer I told myself I’d be a personal trainer to continue living a healthy life and guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. It’s not just about exercise, it’s the lifestyle that comes a long with it. The discipline & Motivation to keep going. - I see such a difference in myself. My strength is increasing, my mindset is changing(for the better) and overall I just feel so much better. I hope you guys find what you love and put all your passion into it. That is how you live a happy life.. the money will come with it later.. if you don’t have the heart for something , don’t do it

A few of you asked for me to post my back day work outs so here’s a few I like to do :) . . ▪️Latt pull downs - 12 x 3 ▪️ Seated plate row - 12 x 3 ▪️Seated cable rows - 12 x 3 ▪️ Bent over rows - 15 x 3 . . I do back twice a week and of course right after all of my work outs I drink protein. I’ll be making a post to show all the supplements I am using ❤️
