Mon-thurs: Session 1: 1 to 3pm Session 2: 5 to 7pm Session 3: 7.30 to 9.30pm Friday: Session 1: 2.30 to 4.30pm Session 2: 5 to 7pm Session 3: 7.30 to 9.30pm Saturday: Session 1: 10.30 to 12.30pm Session 2: 3.30 to 5.30pm Sunday: Session 1: 10.30 to 12.30pm 1 hour per class @ 2 classes per session.
The Stretching after Wake up in the morning . Tired of waking up in the morning achy or constantly tight and sluggish? Chances are you’re like everyone else who skips out on stretching. Opens a New Window. To start waking up with energy and safeguarding your body from injury, run through these seven quick and easy stretches for every muscle. 1. Calf Stretch . Standing shoulder-length apart put your hands on a wall or chair. Keep your heels on the ground and knees straight while leaning into the chair or wall. Complete: 3-5 sets x 30 seconds. . 2. Quadriceps Stretch . Standing feet together and hips straight, bend your right knee back and take the front of your right foot in your right hand. Keep your knees even as you bend your right knee back. Continue to keep your body straight as you hold this stretch, feeling it on the top of the quadriceps. Complete: 3-5 sets x 30 seconds. . 3. Shoulder Stretch . Stand shoulder-width apart, raise your right arm to shoulder height, and move it across the front of your body. With your left arm pull the right arm as close to the chest as possible and hold. Switch arms and repeat. Complete: 3-5 sets x 30 seconds. . 4. Triceps Stretch . Keeping feet shoulder-width apart raise your right arm over your head. Bend your elbow so that your right hand is reaching for your left shoulder. Use your left hand to pull back on your right elbow. Hold and switch arms. Complete: 3-5 sets x 30 seconds. . 5. Runner’s Stretch . Sit down with one foot tucked in while the other is facing straight forward. Lean forward with your arm extended trying to grab your foot. If you cannot grab your foot, lean forward until you feel your hamstring stretching. Complete: 3-5 sets x 30 seconds. . 6. Standing Side Stretch . Standing straight up grab one hand over your head with the other and gently lean to each side while pulling on your hand slightly to engage your muscles between the ribs. We back to training vlogs! Been too lazy to record my lifts, but training has been consistent with intensity very high. ▪️ So here’s W4:D2 (skipped D1 Legs due knee discomfort and long exhausted weekend). ▪️ W4:D2 - 3 sets of 100kg x 8 (got 7 in this video lmao rip). But I ended up getting 8th on 2nd and 7 on 3rd.
Proof that i still gym and don’t just climb mountains. Safe to say the legs are feeling it today 🙌🏻🍑 #legday
WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO! . . DB Lunges; Latihan untuk kekuatan dan stabilitas tubuh dengan dumbells sebagai resistance. . . 1. Angkat DB diatas bahu kanan kiri, sentuhkan satu bagian DB diatas bahu. Kedua siku lengan mengarah ke depan. 2. Ambil nafas perlahan dan langkahkan satu kaki ke depan hingga kedua kaki membentuk sudut 90°. Posisi badan tetap tegak. 3. Dorong kaki depan sambil membuang nafas tanpa menggerakan lengan dan badan. Dalam posisi ini tubuh akan melatih stabilitas karena ada beban dan gerakan. 4. Kembali ke posisi berdiri tegak, dan ulangi poin nomor #1
