Looking for healthier alternatives to your classic favs? Try this super easy zoodle bolognese recipe🍝! — Ingredients: - 1 pack ground turkey or chicken - Avocado or olive oil spray - 1 can of stewed tomatoes (w/ garlic & onion) - Spices: salt, pepper, garlic, oregano - Spiralized zucchini - Optional: grated parm — Directions: 1. Spray pan with oil, season meat with spices and cook through on medium heat. 2. Add canned tomatoes to meat, stir and let simmer until excess water evaporates. 3. When done, top onto zoodles (I like mine raw but you can steam them), sprinkle w/ parm and voila! — Recipe yields about 4 servings as shown. Enjoy!👩🏻🍳🇮🇹
