It's week 4 of my Wednesday Pumpkin Workout and per all your votes I chose to do my partner post with my daughter - in our matching Unicorn costumes, of course! I got to do it with my daughter and we had so much fun practicing together before we recorded it. It was such a great way to spend time together. 2. Fitness is not always about crazy intense moves or complicated combo's - keeping things simple is often times the best way to get an effective workout. So grab your kids and give it a whirl. It's a great way to get them and yourself moving and have some creative Halloween Fitness fun. Next week will be a new pumpkin workout and a new costume... Until then stay sweaty and beware! 👀

Squats: with the weather heating up the beach or bay offers a perfect opportunity to work those butts! Walking along the shore, swatting to examine weird and wonderful treasures and wading through the shallows gives your child a whole-body workout. Killed myself with Leg Day and then ran a few glorious miles in glorious weather with these 2 cuties today! When it's only 78° with 48% humidity at 1pm you can't complain at all!! 😎 Started off at a slow easy pace talking with my boy and picked up the speed a little after the first mile. I knew I was running fast because I was feeling winded while talking but i just kept running. The entire run I never looked at my watch. Just ran with how I felt! Having no clue that mile 2 was sub8!! 🦸 After 2 miles Hondo started limping. We stopped and iscovered that stickers had got stuck in one of his foot pads 😲. After removing them we walked and slow jogged for half a mile then picked it up for another mile to finish out with 3.6! We had such a great time!! Beautiful weather doing something I love with part of the people I love ....
