Then I fucked up, gave up mentally and emotionally and I have spent the past year trying to find where I went wrong. I went wrong not giving it my all and not wanting it anymore. But let me fucking tell you, never again. No more of this "I'll start on Monday" bullshit. None of this, "I can skip cardio" or "I can skip the gym". Fuck that. I'm all in.
