The most interesting experience at my first day in UT: I parked my car this morning at the car parking building in 3rd floor (this is my first time). I was in a hurry situation because I wanted to go to the bathroom and I don't want to be late in my first day. As I walked out from my car, I couldn't see any stairs nor elevator. Because I was in this kind of situation and I couldn't find any stairs, I ran down the parking ramp without any furhter thinking. Luckily there wasn't any car passed by. At the end of my first day, I asked someone if there any stairs or elevator at the parking building. And surprisingly the stairs was just 3 cars away beside my car. MOTIVACIJA - ključna odskočna deska za skok v bazen uspeha. Metaforično povedano... Pa vendarle, roko na srce, motivacija je eden izmed glavnih razlogov, zakaj najeti osebnega trenerja. Po določenem času se telo navadi na določen sistem treningov ter prehrane in takrat se proces hujšanja oziroma oblikovanja telesa zaustavi. Posledica tega je tudi padec motivacije, ki ponavadi pripelje do tega, da posameznik obupa. Osebni trener ima znanje, da nam ob pravem času zagotovi spremembo treningov ter prehrane in nas nauči kako poslušati svoje telo in s tem narediti spet premik in korak bližje lastnim interesom in ciljem. Pot preoblikovanju telesa je namreč ena izmed najbolj zapletenih in težkih. Govorim iz izkušenj. Zakaj? Ker is tega vse izhaja. Na neki točki nismo zadovoljni s tem kar smo in kaj imamo. Želimo spremembe. In to korenite. Ponavadi si želimo biti točno mi največja sprememba, ki jo želimo videti. Zato je tukaj še kako pomembna motivacija. Zbrati voljo in pogum za odločiti se spremeniti življenja na bolje. Zaživeti bolj kvalitetno življenje v smislu večje telesne aktivnosti, večje vitalnosti, boljšega počutja in nenazadnje vedn boljše verzije samega sebe. Za ta korak je potrebno zbrati pogum in imeti dovolj motivacije. In zato sem tukaj. Da ti pomagam. Skupaj zmoreva iz nedosegljivega narediti dosegljivo. In to z lahkoto!

I openly admit that I’m guilty of all of these apart from dieting . 🙈 I’ve popped this post up here to personally hold myself accountable to this , and in particular comparing myself to others . I’ve battled many many demons & struggled with self love & the very real obsession with failure & fear of failure. I was a participant in an online small biz workshop this afternoon & in order to move forward I had to admit what was holding me back . I never really thought about this until today. Comparing myself to others is my biggest demon . I’m confident most of us business owners do this in some way . We live in a society where image and perception dominate . Kinda scary really . . .
