You never know what's behind that perfect body or that perfect face ⚡️ It's easy to judge people without knowing them. We do it all the time though. Seeing that perfect body in the gym or on social media and saying "aw that's just great genetics, or that's just because he / she is taking roids" No no no! Behind every great body is hard work, sacrifice, dedication and a lot of time. I am still not where I want to be, I am still sculpting my body. Is it hard to maintain a great physique? Hell yes. For women it is even more difficult because of our hormones. I have to stay on track with my nutrition, but I don't see it as a sacrifice. It's my choice, so I don't complain about that. I like looking a certain way and that's why I do whatever it takes. So in short: Dont hate on others, work on yourself. If you are looking at other people at the gym and judge them and think they are just blessed looking the way they are you are doing something wrong.
