As for my day well I’ve been a busy girl getting all caught up after the holidays doing all the laundry and cleaning all the bathrooms sinks and appliances. Then moving on to the garage and remainder of the house finishing with the Christmas tree removal now I’m in town hunting for gems yay sparkly stuff but aside from all that it’s been better being busy that’s for sure. But with that I must be saying good night sweet dreams and so much love to you all. ✌🏻❤️🙂

Traveling and a hectic schedule can really destroy a workout schedule and all hopes of establishing routine. Take it from the girl who’s totally NOT crushing those routines just yet. Being off school is nice, but the lack of a solid schedule definitely impacts my productivity. Lucky for me I have found something that helps, and that’s @prosourcefit
because their products are so small that even when all I take is a carry on, they fit right in. I find it harder to make an excuse when I have things that make an at home/hotel workout extra awesome. Put those gains to good use, yo! 🍑 You babes voted on the IG Poll ya wanted to see another quick-fire hamstring workout so let’s first get nerdy about them, shall we? ⬇️ _ 🤓Sure, hamstrings are important to train for speed and strength , but they are also important for building a nice peach which every female (& okay, maybe males, too) wants these days! . _ 🤓Your hamstrings are a muscle that run all the way down the backs of your legs— connecting your glutes to your calves. _ 🤓Training hamstrings can actually make your butt “perky” and lifted. You know what I’m talking about! That little area where your glutes curve into the top of your leg? AKA “underbutt”! _ Below are 3 of my favorite moves to work the hammies (tips in videos🎥) ! Ive found these exercises really activate the hamstring & glutes muscles and you’ll definitely feel the burn! Give ‘em a try yourself & see what ya think! Takes less than 20 mins! _ 🔺3x12: Straight-leg deadlifts (using a kettlebell here, but barbells and dumbbells work just dandy, too!). 🔺3x12: Hamstring Roll-Ins on stability ball. 🔺3x12: Nordic hamstring curl (I recommend a partner for this one to hold your ankles!) _ Whatre some of your favorite exercises to train hamstrings? You might make your non-negotiable to change your two takeaways during the week to a home cooked alternative. As its driven by a core value you will be able to resonate with it and know the real value behind its purpose. . Raise your hand 🙋🏼♀️ if you’re quick to give advice and slow to actually apply that advice to your own life? I say this to friends nearly daily, but rarely heed my own advice. I want to practice the art of not worrying about tomorrow and just focusing on the task at hand. It will eliminate a lot of conjecture and gossip and anxiety and stress if I would just stay present, ya know?
