Now I'm no where near the perfect human. I've done SOME bad things. But I've done ALOT of good things. We're all going somewhere in life. We're all destined to make it, if we truly and honestly try. There's very few but important codes that I live by. This one speaks to me the most. On many levels. I don't brag about what I've done or where I'm going. Or how hard I'm working. I post the selfie here and there and the occasional video. Purely for the fact, I'm showing my results. I don't tell people what my goals are, they don't need to know. That's for me and my mental games. I'm all about helping others and have them helping me. But that does not mean I have to tell them my plans/goals. They can help and I can gain knowledge where I can. As I help others, we're all tryna be the best version of ourselves. Determination was a really good description of me completing my workout today. 😂⠀ ⠀ I’ve been feeling under the weather for four days now. My sinuses are so full it feels like my ears will explode 🤧 we’ve been working extra overtime getting the New toy store renovated, stocked & ready for the upcoming season. My eyes 👀 are so tired they are twitching 😶... ⠀ If it wasn’t for my hubby’s clean & potent Hot Totties this weekend, I’d probably still be rolled up in a ball in a bed full of used #kleenex
😪 ⠀ We are walking into week 5 of my 2nd round of LIIFT4 with our heads held high and committed to our growth game. We knew We could skip our 30 minute workout and shift it to another day, but why? It won’t serve our grander version of us nor the commitment we made to ourselves and our clients. We am ALL in with you!! 🙌🏻❤️👊🏻⠀ ⠀ It is not only our kids who grow, parents do too. As much as we watch to see what our they are doing, they watch to see what we are doing & so does our community of amazing leaders & clients. ⠀ ⠀ Not every condition is perfect. Keith and I came up with this concept last week when we were talking about dreams and just basic expectations we have for ourselves. This past year has been full of challenges, celebrations, scary times, adventures and success. All of that came through stepping out of our comfort zones. —- Whether that be simple like trying new date nights or big like taking business risks. We have challenged ourselves everyday to be the best version of ourselves. It’s not always easy. Actually 9 times out of 10- it’s extremely hard. But the payoff is so worth it. Ce matin, c’est lundi. . Un lundi comme toute les autres. . La nouvelle semaine s’enclenche, la routine prend le dessus. On cours après le temps, chaque tâche à faire a sa place dans notre horaire chargé. . Mais moi, aujourd’hui, j’ai décidé que ce lundi serait différent. SPÉCIAL. . Malgré le fait que je gère 3 enfants • 4 des fois avec l’homme 🙄 • pis un chien, que je travaille 40h par semaine, que j’ai une vie sociale, que j’ai une list de To Do de 3 pages à faire, que ma maison ressemble à un zoo, ben ce matin, c’est là que je reprends le contrôle et que je me lance dans un nouveau programme. . J’attends pas au 1er janvier. Ni après les prochaines vacances. Ni dans la semaine des 4 jeudi. . Je le commence MAINTENANT. Car il y a pas de moment parfait pour se lancer dans quelques choses qui nous fait peur! . Dans 3 petites semaines, je serais fière de te montrer mes résultats de transformation! Do you put yourself down or build yourself up? Do you tell yourself you can do one more rep or talk yourself out of even trying? Negative self-talk is hard to overcome! Write down 5 things that you love about yourself and make sure you look at it daily! Eventually you'll start to add more items to that list and change your self-talk! • You are amazing! You have so much potential! You can do hard things! 💪
