It even has a basketball ring 🔮 . After a 10 year break from gyms I have finally decided to get back into one. I have still been active but I’ve mainly focused on yoga and walking. I’m actually loving adding a little more cardio to my life, as a chronic asthmatic I really need to manage my condition as much as possible. The cold & dry air can cause the muscles around my airways to tighten, increasing my chance of experiencing an asthma flare-up so when I’m in Tassie I tend to need my puffer more due to the climate. The change of weather usually always gets me so cardio - aka - moving around is very good for my health. Cardio increases the blood flow to my muscles, strengthens my heart and lungs, and teaches my heart to work more efficiently, allowing me to stay on top of my asthma. . Add a little more cardio to your life and experience the rewards of a healthier heart & lungs; the release of endorphins trigger a positive feeling giving you more energy and a boost in your mood. Choose an activity that you enjoy and just Breathe, move and bend. . I’ve picked up a ball again to get my heart pumping. A little rusty in my handles but it feels nice to mix it up and get my sweat on. Thanks for providing a fun and awesome gym @elevationfitnessgc.
