definitely has me sweating every time I use it. 💪🏽 It helps me lose excess water weight and even though the belt is only located on my waist I tend to sweat more everywhere else too! 💧 . . I’d definitely recommended it. I have seen changes in my body since I’ve been using it. Using it also helps motivate me! 🚴🏽♀️ I challenge myself to see how much sweat I accumulate. . . 💥 The one thing I don’t like about it is that lots of sweat trickle down my back and down my booty crack then soaking my leggings haha and I look like I might’ve pee-ed myself. 🤣 . . The anterior oblique subsystem is comprised of the internal oblique, externaloblique, adductor complex, and hip external rotators. These muscles aid in pelvic stability and function as a group to perform rotational and flexion movements. Swipe to see how these muscles work during a football throw or a pitch in baseball, these muscles eccentrically contract as they lengthen and then concentrically contract as they shorten to rotate the body forward and finish the throw. This exercise here is not only a good movement for the function of the A.O.S but its also a great oblique crunch. Touch your hand to the opposite foot by rotating your leg in and crunching up, make sure to exhale as you crunch and push your lower back to the floor.
