Love me some self-care! My personal favorite self care rituals include buying one (ONLY ONE AND IT IS USUALLY A STRUGGLE) donut at the end of a long workweek, painting my nails a funky color, lighting a new candle, oil pulling my teeth with coconut oil, drinking a cup of coffee, going for a walk with my pups, practicing yoga in my room via @sarahbethyoga
, and taking a nap! Self-care shouldn’t cost you money, but if it does, make sure it’s making you happy and it’s being done with intention! What are some of your favorite self-care routines? Let me know in the comments! . . . I’ve been in need of some serious self care these past few weeks after being so busy and am excited to set aside a few minutes everyday for myself. I finished my application for graduate school, adopted a puppy, & applied for an apartment!
