A Young Titan Mistake . When I was in my teens I Only worried about using heavy weights and speed to get the lift. . But then I learned in my 20’s how I needed to incorporate all styles and all speeds to get the best results. . “It's more important how you lift it, than you lift it.” -Mike O’Hearn . I’ve had owies, I’ve had bruises, but never injuries. . People ask me all the time, how is this possible? . 2 words... . Power BodyBuilding. . There's a difference between injured and working through things. . Through my experience of training countless professional athletes I've noticed something. . Injury isn't the toughest part, but the comeback is. . Surprisingly, it’s not because of the body . It’s because of the mind. The two become dislocated and this prevents trust. . It also Causes hesitation and all around messes with your head. . So how do we avoid this? . You work through, in, and around the problems to prevent the dislocation of mind and body. . Stay continuously active, never stop. . Combined with range of motion, stretching and the right lifting techniques, you could easily stay injury free. . But that is only a fraction of the philosophy and techniques of power bodybuilding. . Back in 1983 I founded Power Bodybuilding. . Ever since then, I have made it my mission to teach as many people about it as possible. . What’s do newbies, doctors, professional athletes, and average gym goers all have in common? .
